Disappearance of Delphine Jubillar: Cédric, the nurse’s husband, referred to the Criminal Court
Accused of killing his wife in December 2020, Cédric Jubillar, 37, is being referred to Tarn Criminal Court for murder. The decision was just issued this Thursday morning by the investigation department of the Toulouse Court of Appeal.
Cédric Jubillar will be tried before the Tarn Assize Court, probably in 2025, to explain the murder of his wife, Delphine Jubillar, who disappeared in December 2020, in Cagnac-les-Mines (Tarn). This Thursday, September 26, the investigative department of the Toulouse Court of Appeal ruled that there are sufficient charges to refer the 37-year-old plasterboard painter to a criminal court. A decision in accordance with the orders of the attorney general who on June 20 requested that this man be referred to a misdemeanor court.

Despite his denials, Cédric Jubillar is accused of killing his wife, Delphine Jubillar, 33, on the night of December 15-16, 2020, in Cagnac-les-Mines, where the couple and their two children lived.
Heavy accusations against the husband
The body of this nurse who was supposed to start a new life with her lover was never found. Which does not prevent the justice from considering heavy charges against the husband, overwhelmed by a large body of evidence despite the absence of irrefutable evidence. This decision marks a three-year investigation marked by multiple twists and turns. However, the investigations did not make it possible to establish a crime scene, nor to obtain a confession from the main suspect.

Imprisoned since June 18, 2021, Cédric Jubillar could be tried in the second half of 2025. These lawyers, Mes Alexandre Martin, Emmanuelle Franck and Jean-Baptiste Alary, will have to make further requests for release by then . So far, these requests, about ten in total, have all been denied.
